Refund and returns policy
Disc Manager 100 System
The system is unconditionally guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. If the system is faulty, please contact our support team. Otherwise, you can return it to your place of purchase and they will either replace the unit with a new one or refund your money; whichever you prefer.
Physical media
Returns for refund will only be accepted within 30 days of your receipt of goods. Returned goods must be in original condition with plastic seals unbroken. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Please refer to the warranty section below for procedures regarding
software or media that is faulty or damaged.
The above applies only to software bought directly from Opdicom.
If your software came bundled with another product (such as the DM 100),
it is covered by the normal refund and return policies of the reseller or Opdicom.
Electronic Media
At Opdicom's sole discretion, we will refund the purchase price for
products sold via electronic delivery that fall into the following categories:
- The product is not delivered within five business days of payment being processed.
- A duplicate order was placed through Opdicom's website.
Refund requests
Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the purchase
date for electronic media, or 30 days from receipt of physical media.
Please provide the following information with your request:
- Name
- Contact details
- Date of purchase
- Product name
- Order number(s)
- The reason for the refund

Warranty repairs
If the software (including physical media) that you purchase is proven to be defective by Opdicom's technical support team, we will repair the software under warranty at no charge to you, as long as you make your claim within 30 days.
Please contact our support team with any warranty repair requests.
